History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform After months of barely getting by, Heian managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he's in love
