Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Sellsword but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born into a rich family. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. After a long history of fighting, Laucian and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He struck the Baker job and began his own company from there.
