History: Born in the north to a Sculptor, Laucian learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Laucian has worked very hard to control his curse. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
