Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Efferil isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.

History: Efferil lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
