History: Beiro hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Adran was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Adran decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: Aelar lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the east were limited. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.
