Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has never given up on his music dream.
