Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and a strong sense of loyalty to elven people

History: Thervan was born with his father's beautiful face. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Varis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
