Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. The war was a terrible time for him, and Paelias does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: The child of a Masseuse, who enjoyed hunting, Koeth was taken on many hunting expeditions. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He bought a spear and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he would like to get married and retire

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Erdan grew up listening to his father's many stories. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
