Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Uthemar embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Uthemar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Uthemar was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
