History: Born to a Cartwright, his father struggled to pay the bills. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Heian grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Heian. Being a Marshal kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Rael lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He uses divination through singing.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Rolen never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
