Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Koeth was a troubled youth. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying east to reunite his family. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
