History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has achieved small success as a Ruler.

Description: This malnourished man has a large tan mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his grey robe. His long silver hair reaches down to his waist. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of goblins once and for all.

History: He was born into a rich family. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
