History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Varis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now mingles about in high society.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When Eiravel reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Uthemar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Farmer for hire.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He became a Brewer soon after.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
