To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Paelias. Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Thervan took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up shortspear and armor he uses now. He bought a shortspear and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. After a long history of fighting, Carrie and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
