Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.

History: He got into the Map Maker business at a young age. Through the years after Heian was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Heian's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
