History: Naal was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Laucian lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Adventurer, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and regain custody of his daughter

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Fortune-teller.
