History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Caeldrim's homeland. Caeldrim decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Paelias embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He is afraid of men and trembles around them

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Paelias fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Vanuath was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Vanuath abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Born to a Layabout, his father struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Nim was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Nim's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He worked as a nervous Miller and found it very stressful. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.
