History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Arannis wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Born in the east to a Shoemaker, Arannis learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shoemaker for hire.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A freak accident while working with his Layabout father left him crippled. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
