Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Koeth was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Koeth decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. History: The child of a Baker, who enjoyed hunting, Carrie was taken on many hunting expeditions. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
