History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Farmer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has achieved small success as a Ruler.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Ruler responsibilities is difficult; and money/treasure

He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Naeris was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
