History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He worked as a nervous Ruler and found it very stressful. He tends to his Ruler job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: He was born in the north. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and expand his business

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Koeth was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Koeth's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed.
