History: He was born in a small plains village. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
