Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Lucan was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Through the years after Lucan was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Lucan's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 7 years.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.
