History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Personality: Mindartis speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
