Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Healer business.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Varis was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Healer. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Miller who has hired him part-time. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
