Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he wears an entirely white suit with black socks and a vest with buckled shoes. His hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Lucan was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members.
