History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Heian was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Paelias was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Paelias decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He now mingles about in high society.

His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His long silver hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and seeks redemption
