Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Miner business.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to end his boredom

His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is a Spice Merchant first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Eiravel is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Spice Merchant for the past few years.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sage they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Soapmaker, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and wants to raise his children well
