Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Fortune-teller. He wears a broad hat to cover his moderate length blonde hair. His blue unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Fortune-teller business.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Fortune-teller. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Uthemar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
