History: He comes from a rich eastern family. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Galinndan was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Sailor. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
