History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gifted student he started as a Knight, but he got bored and became a Sellsword. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Peren was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He now mingles about in high society.
