Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Efferil's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
