History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Bellfounder mother left him crippled. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Peren was a troubled youth.
