Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and doesn't want to be a sailor and was forced into it by his family

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. After a long history of fighting, Berrian and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Lucan hails from a village terrorized by orcs. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Lucan alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
