History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Lucan was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Lucan's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured, but does not cut a very imposing figure. Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Armorer born in the past three hundred years. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His chestnut hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Berrian lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now mingles about in high society.

He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
