History: Rael was born with his mother's beautiful face. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shepherd for hire.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Ahvain will drive conversation. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ahvain fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
