He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: Varis hails from a village terrorized by orcs. When Varis reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Raer alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Raer's homeland. Raer decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
