History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Courier. He became a Courier soon after.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
