History: Born in the south to a Cartwright, Varis learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: Koeth was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Koeth was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Navigator.
