Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Nutae embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. The war was a terrible time for him, and Nutae does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. After a long history of fighting, Nutae and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He tends to his Ruler job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Map Maker mother left him crippled. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His golden hair is long and unkept. His hazel eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Varis was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
