Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. At a young age his father died while driving off some goblins. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in ceremonial dagger use. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Nutae was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.
