Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Gifted from a young age, Carrie studied abroad. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
