Personality: Heian is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Heian was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Dilettante. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
