History: Born in the south to a Mason, Varis learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Ahvain is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born in a small island village. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Farmer for hire.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his youth he was a Seamstress, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
