Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He typically wears white cloth garments or leather armor. His chestnut hair is cut short. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. The war was a terrible time for him, and Carrie does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. After a long history of fighting, Carrie and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Marshal profession.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
