Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His silver hair has been sun bleached extensively. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He worked as a nervous Tanner and found it very stressful. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and retire the richest man in the south

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a simple grey robe with brown stripes complete with hood. His chestnut hair and beard is wavy and long. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: To be a Spy again.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Himo was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Himo decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Animal Trainer.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and a rival would like him out of the picture
