Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Uthemar was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own.
