History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A freak accident while working with his Tanner mother left him crippled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east.
