History: Berrian was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When Berrian reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking southern young adult. He wears a grey vest and prefers black and white shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. With bright chestnut hair and a scraggly beard. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: Heian hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Heian has worked very hard to control his curse. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is wearing a long, brown cloak. He keeps his golden hair in a pixie cut. He is baby faced.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Laucian embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Laucian was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He became a Map Maker soon after.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Elves. His skin is light but he possesses many red ritualistic tattoos. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His golden hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He tends to his Blacksmith job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and further expansion of business

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He dresses in red turtlenecks beneath a grey coat with black slacks. His golden hair is matted, messy, and big. His eyes are blue and catlike.

Personality: Fivin is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants revenge against orcs; and revenge
