Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Theren was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. At a young age his mother died while driving off some gnolls. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in crossbow use. He was granted druidic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He tends to his Sellsword job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Fivin embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Miller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Miller work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Miller job and began his own company from there.
